Delete Account

This action is permanent. Once your deletion request is completed, your RepWise account and associated data cannot be restored.

Request deletion by email

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your RepWise account. Include the account email and whether you use iOS or Android. Do not include your password or other sensitive information.

We may reply to verify that you own the account. Once the request has been verified, we will permanently delete or de-identify the associated account data within 30 days and confirm when the request is complete.

What will be deleted

After we verify and complete your request, we delete or de-identify personal data associated with your account, which may include:

• your RepWise account, authentication link, and profile details;
• saved workout plans and exercise selections;
• workout sessions, set records, rep counts, form results, and progress history;
• synced coach, theme, and app preferences; and
• profile images or other content stored for your account.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, tax or financial reporting, or to demonstrate that a deletion request was fulfilled. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until they are overwritten under normal retention schedules.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your RepWise account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel an active subscription in your Apple or Google account settings to prevent future renewal.
